Friendly and helpful, reception staff in Phuong and Yen. Great location between the Old Town (about a 15-20 minute walk), and beautiful An Bang Beach Superior room, with balcony overlooking the pool and street, was spacious and well equipped with good aircon, overhead fan, comfy single beds, and a bath with wall shower (water was always hot which was great). Free use of bikes Close to several good restaurants and mini marts; thoroughly recommend Rosies Cafe, just around the corner, for a delicious, fresh, cheap breakfast. Note: We opted to exclude the breakfast option from our room rate, knowing that the hotel hasn't resumed it's pre-covid buffet breakfast.  Big clean pool with plenty of lounges and umbrellas Good, reliable WIFi, throughout the hotel

Second time at Sunshine Hotel, and it's still top-notch. The spacious, airy rooms outshine any other place I've stayed. Breakfast here is a highlight. The flan dessert at breakfast stole my spotlight. A must-try for anyone visiting. The staff and hotel owner are so welcoming. If you need a tip on where to dine like a local, just ask them. Thanks to their awesome suggestions, I had the best meals in Hoi An. My trip was truly fantastic! Sunshine Hotel will be my first choice if I come back to Hoi An again.

The highlight is the pool – it's expansive and clean. I start my mornings there, and finding it incredibly fresh. The hotel's breakfast buffet is fantastic. They offer a wide range of dishes, and the staff are really friendly and attentive. The hotel's proximity to the ancient town makes it extremely convenient for getting around. We take advantage of the complimentary bicycles provided by the hotel to explore the sights every afternoon.

nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff, location was a little further out of the town than expected but in easy walking distance or minimal taxi ride. The pool was ideal and we made use of this facility most mornings. The provision of free bicycles to use was a nice surprise and with both beach and town within a 20 min cycle ride gave an added flexibility to the stay, the room was a comfortable size and had a good view over the pool.
